Structural features of the machine: it adopts top feeding design, equipped with a temperature measuring and humidifying device inside, the sensor detects the sand temperature, and the nozzle sprays water and atomizes to cool down; at the same time, the reverse blower blows air and the induced draft fan draws air, making the sand appear boiling, and Rubbing each other; equipped with 2 sets of tungsten carbide agitating scrapers, pre-mixing can be realized while the old sand is cooling, and the discharge door can be adjusted to control the amount of materials inside the machine according to needs.
When working, the humidified hot old sand is fed into the bed through the feed inlet, and the air inlet blows cold air into the machine to exchange heat with the sand. The hot air is discharged from the exhaust pipe at the top. Water is sprayed to cool down, and the mixing scraper stirs and premixes the sand in the body; the cooled sand is discharged from the sand discharge door.
Each sand stream stays in the machine for about 2 minutes, and can be fully cooled, so that the used sand after cooling can achieve three uniformity: uniform temperature, uniform humidity, and uniform composition, creating favorable conditions for mixing molding sand with stable performance. Therefore, the ebullating cooling bed is widely used in the treatment of old sand.
